What will delivery cost?

Delivery varies depending on the location of the recipient. If you would like to know the cost to a specific location, please give us a call on 02 8003 4658 and we can advise the cost of delivery.
When you spend $250AUD or more, delivery is free Australia wide.

Multiple or Corporate orders (consisting of more than ONE gift box) that are being delivered to multiple/different addresses will be charged a delivery fee PER ADDRESS if the order to each address is less than $250AUD.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery times vary between locations. Please refer to the Delivery page on our website for specific days. If you’re still not sure, feel free to contact us. Keep the estimated delivery times in mind when placing your order to avoid disappointment.

Where do you deliver?

We offer delivery Australia-wide. Due to customs and our luxe packaging, we do not deliver overseas.

I would like to order more than one gift hamper. Do I have to put through every order on the website?

We would be delighted to assist you process the order,  and save you the time of not having to process each order online. Simply email us or call 02 8003 4658 and we can organise this for you.

Can I have multiple boxes delivered to the same address?

Yes! You can have multiple boxes delivered to the same address. Please contact us to let us know. If the multiple items are for the same person, we can ensure they’re boxed up and bowed beautifully. If they’re for separate people, we can ensure they are dispatched together but all clearly marked to ensure easy distribution when they arrive. Prices for delivery may vary. We will determine the best price for you for multiple orders.

My gift has arrived damaged. What should I do?

Email us, straight away and we can arrange a replacement. You may be asked to provide photos of the damage. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for more information.

What is the currency used on the website, Facebook and Instagram?

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Do the products include Goods And Services Tax (GST)?

The breakdown of each item is detailed at check out for your reference.

Can I create I my own gift hamper or change something in the gift hamper?

Yes, you can create your own gift hamper, or change an item(s) that is in a current gift hamper. Simply contact us and we can give you a quote for what you’re after.

Can my gift hamper be delivered on a specific date?

Yes, you can select a date that you would like the hamper to be delivered at check out. We will do our best to get it there on that date. Please keep in mind that sometimes delivery dates our control. If no date is specified, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours from the date the order was placed.

My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

Contact us and we can follow up with the courier to see where it is.

Can I specify a time for delivery?

Unfortunately you cannot specify a time for delivery. Deliveries are made between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

I’m experiencing difficulties making a purchase on the website, what can I do?

Sorry to hear that you’re having difficulties placing an order. We would be happy to assist. Simply send us an email,, or call 02 8003 4658 and we can process the order on your behalf.


We do not refund or cancel an order if you change your mind and the order has been dispatched.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to and must be received by The Hamper Spot a minimum of 24 hours prior to dispatch. For more information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

I no longer wish to be on your mailing list. How can I unsubscribe?

Simply contact us (specify the email address you would like unsubscribed) and we will make sure that it happens ASAP.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, AfterPay, Mastercard and Visa to ensure that all transactions are completed securely. All credit card payments are made through eWay. For more information please refer to the PayPal, AfterPay and eWay websites.

Do you keep my credit card details on file?

No, we do not keep any record of your credit card on file. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information.
