Delivery varies depending on the location of the recipient. If you would like to know the cost to a specific location, please give us a call on 02 8003 4658 and we can advise the cost of delivery.
When you spend $250AUD or more, delivery is free Australia wide.
Multiple or Corporate orders (consisting of more than ONE gift box) that are being delivered to multiple/different addresses will be charged a delivery fee PER ADDRESS if the order to each address is less than $250AUD.
Delivery times vary between locations. Please refer to the Delivery page on our website for specific days. If you’re still not sure, feel free to contact us. Keep the estimated delivery times in mind when placing your order to avoid disappointment.
We offer delivery Australia-wide. Due to customs and our luxe packaging, we do not deliver overseas.

Yes! You can have multiple boxes delivered to the same address. Please contact us to let us know. If the multiple items are for the same person, we can ensure they’re boxed up and bowed beautifully. If they’re for separate people, we can ensure they are dispatched together but all clearly marked to ensure easy distribution when they arrive. Prices for delivery may vary. We will determine the best price for you for multiple orders.
Email us, firstname.lastname@example.org straight away and we can arrange a replacement. You may be asked to provide photos of the damage. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for more information.

Yes, you can create your own gift hamper, or change an item(s) that is in a current gift hamper. Simply contact us and we can give you a quote for what you’re after.
Yes, you can select a date that you would like the hamper to be delivered at check out. We will do our best to get it there on that date. Please keep in mind that sometimes delivery dates our control. If no date is specified, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours from the date the order was placed.

Unfortunately you cannot specify a time for delivery. Deliveries are made between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

We do not refund or cancel an order if you change your mind and the order has been dispatched.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and must be received by The Hamper Spot a minimum of 24 hours prior to dispatch. For more information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
